why does it take so long for you to get approved by an admin on frozen's forums because i wanna get a sponsorship but i cant post anything intill he accepts me.

'tis a well known fact that frozen takes forever and a day to do anything, so you can expect it to take a few days. In the meantime, it's best to message him on bnet and declare your intent to sponsor. The lure of 20 bucks kicks him into action.

okay so i got the register accepted now i sent the money to the address given and i put all the stuff i wanted with bnet and password now how do i know if he got it and accepts me?

If you send him a private message on the forums asking for confirmation of receipt of payment, then he will give it. Or, alternately, and probably better, just ask him on bnet to confirm it.
